The “Difesa Grande” woodland, with its approximately 1890 hectares, is one of the most important woodland complexes in the whole of Puglia. Located 6 km from the town of Gravina, in the middle basin of the Bradano river, it extends over a hilly terrain between the Gravina stream to the east and the Basentello stream to the west, both tributaries of the Bradano. |
