With great pleasure we announce the huge success of the first day of the course launched on Friday 18th February 2022 by Comune di Grottaglie within the Interreg FAME Road project thanks to the Interreg V-A Greece-Italy Programme.
There were numerous participants from different backgrounds: tour operators, tourist and environmental guides, artists and craftsmen, mayors and policy makers.
The “Improve your organisation” course aims to build a cross-border territorial network to enhance the characteristics of territories.
Special guest of the course was the Mayor of the Comune di Biccari (Fg) (Fg), Gianfilippo Mignogna, who illustrated the best practice of the small village in the Foggia region, which has been achieved through the creation of a close collaboration between the inhabitants of the community and the foundation of the Cooperativa di Comunità Biccari.This case study could be scaled up in the three cities included in the #FAMERoad project: Comune di Grottaglie, Comune di Gravina in Puglia and Municipality of Aigialeia.
