In Gravina in Puglia it is possible to do a tasting of Rosoli, liqueurs of moderate alcohol content, sweet and flavoured. Apulian Rosolio is a liqueur prepared in hundreds of variants, representing its imaginative and at the same time decisive character. There is no Apulian who does not remember their grandmother opening the cupboard to get a bottle of homemade Rosolio, served in typical Rosolio glasses and accompanied by a sweet. In Apulia, especially in the hinterland, i.e., throughout the Murgia plateau, Rosolio takes on a wide variety of flavours thanks to the abundance of wild and aromatic plants whose growth has been favoured by the hilly climate mitigated by the nearby sea.
