The 1st Dissemination event of “FAME ROAD” project in Greece took place on Thursday, September 3, 2020 at 20:00, at the restaurant Liopetro in Aigio. The dissemination event was organized by the Municipality of Aigialeia (P4) in the framework of the project “Food Art Movement Energy – the Road to Country Experience” with the acronym “FAME ROAD” which is co-financed by the European Territorial Cooperation Program INTERREG V-A “Greece – Italy 2014-2020”.
The mayor of Aigialeia, Mr. Dimitris Kalogeropoulos and the president of Municipal Public Benefit Enterprise, Mrs. Maria Tsoukala, made a welcoming speech. Then, Mr. Vasilis G. Christopoulos, Special Representative of Municipality of Aigialeia presented the objectives and the expected results of the FAME ROAD project.
Mr. Nikolas Petropoulos, President of ERFC (P5) and Mr. Ioannis Papagiannopoulos, project manager, presented the online public consultation forum and the so far submitted ideas in the website of the project https://fameroad.eu
The event included a gastronomic experience (FOOD) with local recipes and products, by the awarded young chef Constadina Voulgari Kontesopoulou, and a melodic journey (ART) into Greek music by the musicians Sakis Papadimitriou and Dora Petridi.
